We ship all orders using reliable express courier services, primarily FedEx. All shipments are sent with tracking numbers, ensuring safe and timely delivery. Orders are dispatched from our Istanbul, Turkey warehouse within 1–3 business days after processing.
Estimated delivery times vary by region:
USA: 4–7 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days
Australia & UAE: 5–9 business days
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Absolutely. All our belts are handcrafted from 100% genuine cowhide leather. We do not use synthetic or faux leather in any of our products.
You can return your product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it remains unused and in its original packaging. Returns must be shipped via FedEx with a tracking number to our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover all costs.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item following our return policy and place a new order for the product you want.
Import duties or taxes may be applicable depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment's journey. You can also log into your BeltCrafted account to view the status.
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@beltcrafted.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly resolve the issue at no cost to you.
